Krystle Hermis, Owner
Krystle Hermis launched Katy Maids in June of 2018. She started out cleaning houses and apartments for family and friends to help make ends meet. The quality and customer service was so outstanding that her client base immediately grew to a size unmanageable for her alone. During the first year Krystle, along with a handful of employees, worked out of her personal home. Today, Katy Maids has their own office space and a dozen crews. It has now expanded into multiple Houston-area suburbs, including Cypress and Fulshear. The one thing that hasn’t changed is Krystle’s commitment to outstanding service. Katy Maids prides itself on quality, and a referral is their greatest compliment.
Katy Maids work with several local charities and organizations. They are a part of our local Chamber of Commerce, as well as Rotary groups and BNI. Katy Maids have annual “spotlight” events where they highlight locally owned business and entrepreneurs. Katy Maids offers residential cleaning services, along with commercial cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning services.
